My post-workout favourite! ;D Spicy Chicken & Tuna with Yoghurt topping


I usually have this around 3 times a week post work-out because it is super high in protein. It is similar to the filling that you'd put inside a Mexican wrap.. spicy yet creamy!... And it is super healthy and nutritious! 


You will need:

2 small chicken fillets
100g tuna
Total 0% fat yoghurt
turmeric
paprika
hot Chilli powder

Instructions:

Defrost and chop up your chicken into small pieces and mix it together with your tuna (Tuna is optional). Heat a pan and throw in your chicken and tuna. As it starts to cook, sprinkle the meat with your selected spices, they can be whatever you want them to be! :) My favourites for this dish are turmeric, paprika, and a little hot chilli powder - Flip the meat as it cooks so that the spices are spread all over.

Once cooked, tip the contents into a dish and pour your Total yoghurt on top! (Total yoghurt is 0% fat and super high in protein... it is really ideal for anybody looking for a mayonnaise or cream replacement. It's also really thick and creamy and I use it to add that moisture and flavour. I use this on almost all of my food! -  Chicken, Tuna, Pancakes, Porridge, Smoothies, Protein Muffins, Protein Shakes, Salads... you name it!)

And there you have it! :) I usually accompany this dish with some form of vegetable like peas or sweetcorn.
